Fresh. Unfussy. Satisfying.
I make a slaw for lunch or dinner only about once a week. It’s straightforward, loaded with veggies and adds texture and flavor to any main. In this ginger sesame version, shredded cabbage, carrots, sliced green onions and serrano chile pepper (or jalapeño) are tossed in a short and straightforward, 6-ingredient dressing. I like to serve this alongside grilled chicken but could easily eat this with any protein or only as it is.
Prepare to fall in love.
